今天在开发程序的时候借鉴了一个较为成熟的程序，在分析数据库的时候Access数据库打开需要密码，本打算放弃，感觉Microsoft不会如此 轻易的让人能破解他的数据库密码，虽然只是Access，但是还是习惯性的Google了一下，down了一个小软件叫 "AccessFinality"，使用了一下没想到效果如此神奇：

Ah, after doing the other post about food and yummies, I think it is only logical to write about some cooking utensils, don't you agree? Although I have said many times that I can't cook but I can manage some stew or soup in a slow cooker. I guess there is nothing to it that I am able to chop up some carrots, celery, onions and put in a few pieces of chicken into a crock pot. I didn't even consider doing that as I am able to cooked!
Nevertheless, one pot cooking is a very convenient cum nutritious way of preparing a meal when we are short of time or needing an extra soup to compliment our meal. The juices from the meat and vegetables are all locked in the stew or soup that we are cooking. We can even cook a full meal of rice or noodles with all the nutrition goodies locked in. I know that a friend of mine had actually cooked lasagna in her slow cooker.

这 是一个普及度非常高的小笑话了，也许不能逗乐你，但是有没有想过为什么武侠小说中好多超级大招的武林秘籍（譬如葵花宝典这种必杀）都要练神功的人先自宫 呢？其实自宫不是要搞到人半男不女的人妖，在我看来切掉小鸡鸡不单纯是要你性生活不能自理，切掉的是欲望，且不单纯是性欲，且人的欲望唯性欲为最大，自宫 的原因就是要铲除欲望，才能做大事，练神功……
转回正题，今天要说的是：不论哪个年代，一个人若想成功，也需“自宫”。
人的 欲望是可怕的，一般来说，人的欲望就是：情欲（性欲便是情欲的始作俑者，说好听了是情欲的升华，不好听了情欲就是为了性欲而来的）、物质欲、金钱欲等。前 文也说过未性欲未最大，而且是发自人体本身而不受周围社会环境而变化的（荷尔蒙作用）。“欲练神功，必先自宫”这句话归根结底表达的意思就是想做成一件大 事，必须要排除欲望/杂念，方能专心一事，练成神功。
佛教和基督教都要求教徒要克制自己的欲望，佛教中有专门的书卷来要求僧人戒欲的《戒欲文》，且明确要求戒色；基督教也教人控制自己的私欲(Link)，而能像僧人那样出家且严守戒律的人是甚少的，不能做到心里上的戒欲，那就只能再生理上来强行戒欲了，便是自宫。
当然说到这里并不是说要做成一件事就得去自宫或幽闭（女性宫刑）了才行，至少成大事者必要学会控制自己的欲望，如果时刻被欲望左右着那必将半途而废，学会控制自己的欲望，包括最原始的生理冲动，来专心你要完成的事情，唯有这样才能得到最好的结果。
而且自宫要付出很大的决心，一旦能下定决心要为了要完成的事情来付出这么大代价了，距成功就更近了一步，而且每当低头看或者小便的时候，还有铭志的效果。
想司马迁如果不被宫刑能写出《史记》么，这可说不好了，司马老爷子为了写史记废寝忘食的，还睡着圆木“警枕”，要是没有受宫刑，且皇上又赐了美女给他，他能有那么多时间写书么。武帝还是用心良苦的哈哈。

换手机的念头很早就有了，只是旧手机还能满足我的需求，而且我还是期待Google的Gphone（Android），显然等不及了，终于决定了去买个手机，于是N73就进入了我的兜兜。
第一次用Symbian的手机（别人的也把玩过），新鲜了两天，还在移动开了个20元/月包80M流量的套餐，不知道够不够用，试用了两天，用Opera 在手机上下了好多sisx的软件和主题包等等的东西，感觉智能手机还不错，是今后发展的方向，不过装的软件多了死机现象也是会常有的，我平均每天一次的死 机概率吧（当然我操作过于频繁是主要原因，还有就是多个软件冲突，任务管理器管理一下就可以释放内存了），只能拔电池了。智能手机是先进了，但是把手机越 做越复杂是不是一件好事呢？智能手机明显已经不能叫移动电话了，于是便有人给他命了个名：PDA（Personal Digital Assistant），即个人数字助理（Wiki）。 记起上个手机，CECT U90（下图）（后来证实是假的，CECT并没有出过这款手机，应该是小作坊生产的）还大言不惭的再屏幕下面写上“PDA PHONE”，卖家（淘宝）当时还告诉我是什么韩国代工水货，真是有种想杀人的冲动。用了一年，挂机键坏掉，通话重影，电池一天一冲……买手机还得去大卖 场，多花俩钱也买个放心。
突然对Symbian很感兴趣，打算找本Symbian软件开发的书看看，做点像样的软件装在手机上很拉风的样子。开个专栏吧，手机操作系统也是 日后的发展方向，或许也能派上用场。但是我不是说所有手机都要往智能手机上发展，像老爸那种人就玩不了这种东西。N73这款手机让我不舒服的地方就是摄像 头的像素还不能达到我的要求（300万像素光学摄像头）；还有后面的摄像头推拉盖好像不是很牢靠；再就是遥感，似乎是个很脆弱的东西。

春节期间，我的服务器停了好几天，在家远程操作总是连接不到远程计算机，ping机器ip返回要么就是"Request timed out."，要么就是丢包率超过50%。telnet什么端口都连接不上，网站基本无法打开，无奈IDC机房所在的大楼因春节封楼无法进行维护，只有等到 年假结束了，此时以为是由于病毒感染而导致系统崩溃，
前天去机房排查，服务器运行速度缓慢，查看任务管理器，杀毒软件无报警，进程项无异常，但是 “Networking”一项中，本地连接占用网络应用都高达95%以上，随即拔下网线，一切在几秒钟内恢复正常，明显被DDOS的现象，又连续试了几 次，确认是因为网络拥挤导致的服务器无法正常运行。继续测试，发现关闭IIS后网络也正常，此时判断有可能是针对域名的CC攻击，但是我服务器的网站都平 庸之极，也没什么重要资源，应该不会有人攻击啊，只有求助IDC技术调出网络监控程序来排查。
结果发现是我的服务器上资源持续被人下载导致的网络带宽占满（下图）：
可见，只要一开机服务器运转正常了，马上带宽就被占满，只有盗链或者资源被大量下载才会导致这种现象，可是我服务器没有下载站，也没有什么大型软 件，如何会有这么大的数据输出，仔细查找异常开始的时间，是2月4日，突然记起那天晚上在服务器上用迅雷的在服务器上帮朋友下了个魔兽争霸，供他下载，并 没有删除……立刻关闭IIS，卸载迅雷，删除文件，重启计算机，开启IIS，一切恢复正常……确实是迅雷把我的服务器当作资源分流站点了，占用了我大量的带宽来供迅雷使用者去下载这个资源。
×：不要在服务器上使用迅雷或BT软件，如需使用在下载完成之后尽快删除客户端，更不要把资源放在IIS站点目录下，以防被P2P软件当作资源分流站点。
今天开始使用BlogEngine，两天前发现的这个.Net开发的开源单用户Blog系统，试用了一下感觉非常不错，简单的看了一下源代码和数据库的设计，功能方面肯定是不及WordPress的，很多方面还很不完善，尤其是blog自定义方面（例如URL自定义、插件的支持等）和主题模板在线修改方面（目前的1.30版本还不支持类似WordPress的在线修改主题模板功能）。但是无疑这是我所接触过的最好的.Net环境下的开源单用户Blog系统。
像WordPress一样，BlogEngine现在已经着实吸引了我，对于一个.Net开发者来说当然选择自己的强项来研究了，正巧要开一个新站，需要一个Windows环境下的Blog程序，很早就有这个计划了，但是苦于没有现成的程序，还要自己去开发，又没那么多时间来完善，BlogEngine是我的福音。今后会在这个专栏里写一些对BlogEngine的研究。如果您也对这个开源的.Net单用户Blog程序感兴趣的话也请您和我一同来拓展BlogEngine！
顺便提一下这个新Blog， 说起blog已经写了好久了，06年6月份吧。还申请了一个域名专门写blog（www.cnlidc.com），由于第一次弄个人网站，对网赚幻想太大了，导致付费评论频繁，广告繁多，导致读者很少（其实一度已经达到一个很令我满意的程度了，正是广告赶走了我的读者），有了这两年多的建站经验，相信我会把这个以我名字全拼命名的网站做到不错的，最重要的一点提醒你我：保持原创。
